MICROSOFT OUTLOOK - INTRODUCTION

Microsoft outlook is an important application of Microsoft office and it is used to connect with different email accounts. Where it stores your emails in offline mode, so once emails store on the outlook, it can be read without an internet connection.

In this tutorial, we will learn how to connect your Gmail account with outlook as well as how to use outlook features.


Connect Gmail Account With Outlook
We have learned, that we can connect different email accounts with outlook and here we are going to connect a Gmail account with outlook.

So here are the steps.
1. Open outlook by "Outlook" run command.

2. If you are opening it at the first time, then the above screen will display.

3. Click on "Next" button.

4. Select 'Yes' (By default its already selected) and click on next.

5. Now fill the Name, E-mail Address, and password and click on "Next" Button.

6. As we will click on the "Next" button, the setup will start and it will take few minutes to complete.

7. After Complete the setup, the following outlook screen will display.

Now you can find your all received emails in "Inbox" and send an email by "New E-mail" tool (that appears on the toolbar at first position)
