Cover Page: This option is used to insert a predefined page format with a new page in the current document.
Black Page (Ctrl + Enter): This option is used to insert a new blank page in the current document.

Table: This tool is used to create a new table with the selected number of rows and columns.

Clip Art: This tool is used to insert an image file from Microsoft clip art gallery or from office.com
Shape: This tool is used to insert different types of shapes such (Rectangle, Square, Circles, Lines, etc.)
Smart Art: This tool is used to insert different types of predefined shapes (Cycle, Process, Hierarchy, Relationship, etc.) with textual information.
Chart: This option is used to insert different types of chart like (Bar, Line, Pie, Area) with desired data items.
Screenshot: This tool is used to insert a picture of any program that is not minimized in the taskbar.
Hyperlink (Ctrl + K): This option is used to link selected text with an already existing folder or existing program file.
Bookmark (Ctrl + Shift + F5): This option is used to create a bookmark with an assigned name to a specific point in a document.
Cross Reference: This tool refers to items such as headings, figures, and tables by inserting a cross-reference these are automatically updated if the content is moved to another location. by default, cross-references are inserted as hyperlinks.
Header: This option is used to insert heading at the top of each page in the current document.
Footer: This option is used to insert a footer in the bottom of each of the current document.
Page Number: This option is used insert page number at top or bottom in the different direction (Left, Center, Right)
