Pivot Table: This tool is used to create a pivot table with help of selected data items and after creating a pivot table we can easily perform the following tasks.

1. Filter data
2. Hide and unhide any data item.
3. Sort data in ascending and descending order.
Pivot Chart: This tool is used to create both objects (Pivot table & Pivot Chart) and any changes made in one object will also automatically affect the second object.
Hyperlink (Ctrl + K): This option is used to insert the link between two similar files or different files or file with folder or between two different worksheets in the same workbook.
Header & Footer: This option is used to insert header and footer in the selected worksheet and by default header & footer show in "Page Layout" and "Print Preview" view.
Object: This option is used to insert different types of graphical objects from other applications such as Ms-Paint, Microsoft Graph Chart, Ms-PowerPoint, etc.
Equation: This option is used to insert different types of equation format and after insert any equation format, we can easily edit it.
Note: Equation does perform any type of mathematical calculation, its only a simple equation formation.
Symbol: This tool is used to insert different types of the symbol in a selected cell.
