How To Fill Online Application Form

2	Fill the required details in every section of the form.

STEP3: UPLOAD ALL SCANNED DOCUMENTS

Step 3: Uploading of Scanned Documents
1	Candidates must have to keep their photographs, documents ready by scanned them while filling up Online Application.
2	Upload your scanned passport size photograph in .jpg/.jpeg or other formats whichever is acceptable in the particular section.
3	Upload the scanned copies of your requisite documents in pdf format.
4	Candidates must have to upload the scanned files in the particular size.

STEP 4: PAY APPLICATION FEES

Step 4: Online Payment of Fee
1	After filling the form, make the payment of fee online.
2	Use your debit card/ credit card or net banking facility.
3	Enter the required information and make the payment of fee amount.

STEP 5: RECHECK THE DETAILS AND FINALYZE

Step 5: Finalize the Application
1	After the successful payment of fee, check your filled in form again.
2	If any modification required, then do it.
3	Now select the appropriate button to submit the form.

STEP 6: TAKE A PRINT OUT

Step 6: Printing of Finalized Online Application Form
1	Subsequent to submission of form, press the suitable button to print the application.
2	The filled in form is shown in the printing view.
3	Save it and select the appropriate button to print it.
4	Keep this print out of form safe for future use.
